Job Purpose: 

  • To provide professional accounting and supervisory services that fully meets the needs of internal and external customer requirements

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and ongoing operation of an accounting system
  • Supervision of the Finance Team on a daily basis
  • Assist Finance Manager in annual budget preparation and revisions throughout the year
  • Assist Finance Manager in preparation of quarterly QPR reports for the client
  • Assist Finance Manager in preparation of quarterly reports for the Board of Directors
  • Assist Finance Manager in monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis reports
  • Assist Finance Manager in the mmanagement of ad-hoc training coordination for company staff in accordance with the guidance for AGT small scale training requests
  • Control over contracts, both suppliers and clients (expiration dates, extensions and etc.). Ensure contract log is updated and accurate
  • Control over insurance policies required by the contract with the client (expiration dates, extensions and etc.)
  • Ensure compliance to company procedures and policies and law requirements within the Finance Team
  • Liaison with tax consultants of KPMG to ensure a proper filing of tax reports (WHT, Personal Income Tax, 14 % rent tax, VAT and others)
  • Month close reporting: P&L, cash flow, balance sheet, AR and AP ageing analysis
  • Monthly reporting to client CAM (Contract Accountable Manager) and other client budget holders on accruals and actual spent vs. forecast. Calculation of costs for the client internal backcharging purposes
  • Quarterly leave balance report for parent company needs
  • Liaison with the parent company Finance and HR on salary and other ad hoc issues
  • Handle relevant confidential material relating to all financial aspects of the business and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Any other duties as required by the Finance Manager to ensure a professional and efficiently run finance department
  • Comply with QA and HSEQ policies and procedures
