Position Summary:

  • In one or two sentences the overall function and purpose of your position.
  • To organize and manage the administrative activity and day to day financial transactions of the Branch Office, enabling the office and personnel based in the office to function effectively.


  • Office services
    Manage the day to day office services to ensure that the Branch Office’s administration needs are met efficiently, reliably and economically
  • Administration
    Provide  administration  assistance  to  management and other personnel within the office
  • Financial duties
    Manage  financial  information  to  including  petty cash, keeping expense records, processing invoices and other financial documents and paperwork and liaising with Regional Office Personnel abroad
  • Management Support
    Liaise with functional or operational area managers to ensure that office admin policies / programmes and activities are appropriate for their current and future business needs
  • Office Maintenance
    Plan, prioritize and manage maintenance activities and upgrades to equipment, facilities and systems to minimize  disruptions  to business  activities  and use the organizations resources effectively.
  • Travel and Visa arrangements
    Coordinate all travel, visas and work permit documentation.
    Manage immigration issues, accommodation & vehicle hire for the organisation
  • Meeting arrangements
    Arrange meetings and conferences for clients and regional management as required in Baku and elsewhere.
