Job Description:


  • Co-ordinating the mobilisation and demobilisation activities of the companies personnel for all project activities
  • Co-ordinating training requirements with HR team, maintain and update employee databases, personnel location logs.
  • Interface with client planning and operations teams and internal planning team
  • Assign resources, prepare mobilisation forms and forecast resource requirements
  • Carry out work activities in accordance with all HSEQ requirements and procedures
  • Carry out personal risk assessments and any other health and safety requirements to ensure personal safety
  • Conduct yourself in a safe manner and in a manner to protect the safety of others
  • Contribute to the HSE performance of the company and complete safety observations and participate in any safety meetings and audits.    

 

Requirements:

 

  • Co-ordinating the mobilisation and demobilisation activities of the companies personnel
  • Prepare and issue Mobilisation forms to client for all offshore project activities
  • Liaise with company personnel and provide adequate crew change details, check in times and other relevant information
  • Prepare site visit forms for mobilising company personnel and vehicles to onshore or pipeline locations
  • Work closely with the HR dept and Division Administrators ensuring company personnel have the correct visas/work permits in place prior to any overseas mobilisations
  • Organise flights with the company travel provider, ensuring the most cost effective choice of routes are offered for the selected dates of travel
  • Ensure offshore personnel travel with correct PPE and equipment as and when required
  • Arrange client specific induction training for crew or vendors prior to mobilization as required
  • Arrange meet and greet and transport as per crew change details or vendor mobilization dates
  • Assist where necessary with visa applications for company and vendor personnel
  • Update offshore database files for staff and vendor personnel with items specific to mobilising them
  • Provide updates to relevant departments with regards to personnel under their head count
  • Maintain and update training competency and certification database for the company personnel to allow them to be able to travel to offshore or onshore site locations
  • Provide assistance with personnel movements to the Operations and HR team, liaising with HR recruitment officers regarding new personnel
  • Liaise with client and company planners, platform Heliadmin, client reps and Division heads on a daily basis and update all on any changes to mobilization plans
  • Liase with client and company planners and Division heads to produce resource lookahead forecasts and histograms for all disciplines and grades of personnel
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as required by the company
  • Interface with 3rd party vendors or suppliers and ensure that they are informed of all client requirements and have completed all trainings to allow them to travel to undertake work in the client facilities
  • To become familiar with and to maintain awareness of the company’s current requirements and where applicable, the latest Industry Codes and Standards including statutory rules and Co-ordinating the mobilisation and demobilisation activities of the companies personnel

  • Must have previous experience of high volume crew changes offshore Should have visa knowledge
  • Will be required to handle associated logistics administration
  • 5 years  as an Administrator in Service Sector of the Oil and Gas Industry
  • Ability to speak Azerbaijani, English and Russian
  • Good computer skills – MS Office
