Job description:

  • Ability to work in premium spirits and wines business;
  • Have at least 5 years’ experience in FMCG distribution business (experience in international company would be an advantage);
  • To build distribution company’s sales department from scratch.
  • Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the business (Off Trade strategy, Horeca strategy, B2B, Regions)
  • Control the development and implementation of sales plans, budgets, sales targets, etc.
  • Have essential knowledge of marketing;
  • Lead the sales development, customer service teams including close communication with marketing team;
  • Communicating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives;

Requirements:

  • Have a degree in economics, management or equivalent;
  • Have  at least 3-5 years’ experience as Commercial Manager or General Manager (preference -  in international FMCG companies);
  • Have an excellent communication and organizational skills with leadership qualities
  • Have a good knowledge of the local market (especially Key Accounts in Off Trade and Horeca);
  • Have a good understanding of marketing principles;
  • Have good managerial and analytical skills;
  • Be a team-player as well as self-motivated;
  • Be highly computer literate (perfect MS PowerPoint, Excel skills);
  • Have good verbal and written English language and very good Russian language skills.
  • Age 30-35 years.
