Job description:

  • This involves managing Warranty and Service Contracts, ensuring that all services are delivered according to contractual commitments
  • Providing costing information in a tender situation and have the ability to handle situations of a technical nature
  • Main Activities
  • Monitor In Service Performance (ISP), Customer Service Request (CSR) and services lead times
  • Transpose Sales Forecast Data into usable dimensioning terms in dialogue with the Competence Business units
  • Determine actions to improve service related customer satisfactions and secure implementation
  • Ensure financial follow-up of service contracts and that Customer networks are updated according to agreed parameters 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience with Service Delivery or Consulting delivery management with demonstrated success
  • Project Management expertise, specifically demonstrated success managing multiple clients and disparate initiatives on a long term basis. Management of specific security-related projects greatly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Project Management methodologies and best practices
  • Familiarity with Project Management tool sets required, with Open Air experience greatly preferred
  • 4 year bachelor degree or commensurate experience required (technical or advanced degree preferred)
  • Experience interfacing with both client and partners
  • Outstanding leadership and mentoring ability
  • Current knowledge of security threats, solutions, security tools and network technologies.
  • Familiarity with a variety of security concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • An understanding or proficiency in information security and compliance regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Superior problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work as a team player, strong interpersonal skills
