Job Description:

  • Responsible for achieving targeted sales of the Company products in Azerbaijan and Georgia, working through distributors by developing promotional programs and assisting in training and motivation of distributor sales force.
  • Maximize sales volume and increase market penetration through the distributor network within the assigned territory
  • Assess competitor’s activity and feedback market intelligence to the Company sales management, i.e. communicate via PC and network all relevant new information from the assigned territory that might be of interest or help to the Company sales and marketing team.
  • Work with distributor’s representatives by conducting regular sales meetings and maintaining necessary training and field assistance.
  • Implement specific promotional programs, developed by the Company via the distributor network.
  • Select and follow-up on all key accounts personally and by liaison with distributor’s representatives.
  • Conduct a continuous key account profile for distributors and key end-users from which appropriate market strategies can be developed.
  • Plan and manage his/her territory in an effective manner ensuring adequate and regular coverage of all key accounts and distributor organizations.
  • Achieve the set targets 
  • Positively and actively promote the Company’s image at all times and to achieve the personal development plans set for him/her by the immediate supervisor.
  • Fully participate in several performance-reviews review and implementation of year long target.
  • Carry out other special assignments in connection with his/her job duties under the direction of the immediate supervisor.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in economics, technical or business discipline
  • 3 years of relevant experince in sales
  • Preferable experince in sales of industrial equipment
  • Proven knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian
  • Presentation & reports preparation experince
