Job Description:

  • Responsible for the processing of purchase requisitions (Shopping Cart -SC), supporting Project Services in Purchase to Pay process (P2P) and performance reporting to support delivery of Cat C Offshore Projects in safe and efficient manner in compliance with BP OMS and Backbone requirements.
  • Responsible for integration and daily interfaces with BP Sub-Contractors, BP PSCM, other BP Functions and Cat C Projects Team.
  • Raise purchase requisitions (Shopping Carts) for materials/services
  • Coordinate interfaces between BP Sub-Contractors, PSCM (Buyers /Material Management) and PMT for material/services requisitions (SC) supporting end to end process of materials/services delivery to the business line.
  • Ensure all SCs for materials and services are processed in timely and accurate manner in line with Backbone and GFT requirements.
  • Provide support in Service Entry Sheet Approval processes to enable invoice payment in timely manner  
  • Support Project Services team with deliverables stated in the functional delivery plan (FDP)
  • Provide weekly and monthly SC status report in the required format for VOWD and forecast purposes.
  • Check WBS/CC before to release the SES ( Service Entry Sheet in SAP )
  • Support in resolving Invoice payment issues
  • Support preparation of performance reports
  • Vendor Manpower rates validation
  • Any other PS support  as required



  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma preferably in technical discipline
  • 3-5 years of experience supporting PSCM team
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Previous experince within oil & gas industry
  • Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills in Azeri, Russian & English
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
