Job Description:

  • Ensure that the sports facility is at its best before opening and reception desk is manned during operating hours.
  • Take calls and book requested games and make sure that the department/s are prepared for its maximum use.
  • Assist all guests with their request (Activity equipment, First Aid, direction assistance, etc.)
  • Keep accurate records of daily events and maintain logs for used equipment  
  • Communicate guests/visitors access and provide gate passes to security personnel. 
  • Ensure guests profile confidentiality.
  • Attend to all scheduled training for skills enhancement. 
  • Perform team and individual task given by the supervisorHandles lost and found, key system in the entire complex (Master Key, Locker Key, Buggy Key, Store Key, etc.), report any maintenance requirements and guests laundry and maintain guests changing rooms and items.
  • Monitor and ensure that the required temperature in the area are up to standard. 
  • Ensure that all guests adhere to the safety regulation


  • Minimum qualifications: Secondary Level and above, has a Hospitality Background in a 5* establishment.
  • Two year experiences in front office or any recreation and customer service environment. 
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Basic Administration skills.
  • Ability to assist in any Sports Activities.
