Job Description:

  • Assistance in the development and ongoing operation of an accounting system
  • Verification of invoices from vendors (checking against contracts or Purchase Orders)
  • Posting invoices into the Accounting System and allocation to different accounts
  • Control over Accounts Payable
  •  Month close. Accruals of monthly expenses
  • Calculation and payment of per diems for business trips, filing of documents for business trips (HR orders, expense reports, receipts and etc.)
  • Distribution and control of telephone cards. Monthly reports on usages to the Operations Manager
  • Monthly apartment utilities, other daily cash payments
  • Keeping cash book records up to date and assist with regular reconciliation to bank statements
  • Posting cash payments entries into the Accounting Software
  • Preparation of cash flow forecasts to ensure positive cash flow
  • Weekly and monthly cash reports
  • Assistance in the planning, control and submission of Income tax and withholding tax payments
  • Liaison with company consulting auditors to ensure compliance with statutory legislation
  • Ad-hoc projects as required by Operations Manager
  • Handle relevant confidential material relating to all financial aspects of the business and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • Comply with QA and HSEQ policies and procedures
  • Liaison with company consulting auditors and provide them with necessary info required to perform a monthly/quarterly and annual audits
  • Assistance in photocopying for monthly invoices to the client
  • Any other duties as required by the Finance Manager to ensure a professional and efficiently run finance department



  • University degree in accounting or any related discipline
  • Detailed knowledge of project contracts and change order documents
  • Must have excellent communication and writing skills
  • At least  3- 5 years of experience in project accounting.
  • Ability to analyze and investige annual and monthly financial accounts
  • Experience in reports, budgets, business plans, commentaries and financial statements preparation
  • Experience in financial forecasting and risk analysis;
  • Being ateam player. Ability to liaise with managerial staff, colleagues and clients;
