Job Description:

  • Assist in the development and ongoing operation of an accounting system
  • Headcount report to PFMI
  • Keep insurance folder up to date
  • Calculation of personal income tax
  • Leave balance report
  • Communication with tax auditors on different matters
  • Timesheets check and calculation of monthly staff costs
  • Calculation of incentivised profit
  • Report to Employment Fund
  • Assist Team Leader in budgeting and other ad-hoc duties
  • Updating Sales Register
  • Annual report Statistics 3I - employees movement
  • Submission VAT 0% report to KPMG
  • Preparation of Medical expense claims submitted by Sharjah office
  • Chasing up BP invoice payments
  • Monthly report to BP CAM
  • Preparation of BP invoices, photocopying and filing (OPEX and Small Scale) Calculation of
  • Back charging information for BP
  • Comply with QA and HSEQ policies and procedures
  • Assistance in photocopying for monthly invoices to the client and Small Scale training invoices
  • Any other duties as required by the Finance Manager to ensure a professional and efficiently run finance department

  • Computer literacy and the ability to use various specialist applications
  • Reasonable word processing skills
