Job Description:

  • Daily real-time cost tracking for Wells CAPEX/OPEX activities for 2 Assets by using the web-based CTX database and technical & logistics reports
  • Maintenance of an auditable trail of all movements within CTX, and ensure that all standard data in pre agreed categories reflect actual usage
  • Liaising on a daily basis with both onshore and offshore DMC on any material movement issues that may arise
  • Responsibility for ensuring all standardized upload sheets are supplied in the pre-agreed format by vendors within 24 hours for any material to be invoiced to the Company, and report non-compliant vendors
  • Reporting of Daily AFE cost to Open Wells. Weekly AFE Cost summary submission to the Engineering Teams for reference and monitoring. Ensure no difference between Open Wells and CTX
  • Ensure accuracy of Split charges and maintain file as appropriate
  • Monthly run of Value of Work Done (VOWD) and perform checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of the information on timely basis by meeting Accruals and VOWD policy requirements
  • Responsibility for tickets verifications, adjustment/reconciliation vs. VOWD/CTX data and proper allocation by GLs and Cost Centers
  • Monthly reviews and reconciliations of inventory issues/returns on ongoing wells, liaison with DC&I and Finance (General Accounting) on outstanding issues
  • Support Finance in monthly accruals submission, including ageing analysis & releases explanation
  • Lead monthly reviews/presentation of Performance reports to BRO (Budget Responsible Officer) covering monthly actuals results as well as AFE/MI vs. actuals variance analysis
  • Provide cost progress reporting
  • Maintain Cost Model to track, monitor & forecast wells costs
  • AFE preparation for the forthcoming wells as per the required standard and within the agreed timing
  • AFE monitoring with variance analyses including review with Engineers and BRO
  • Provide verification that GWO procedures and guidance are consistently followed
  • Support Finance during Well reconciliation
  • Provide information for the development of Business Plan Elements (BPEs) for wells.
