Job Description:

  • Material Demand Planning Coordination Services shall include but not be limited to:
  • Assist COMPANY in demand planning  activity which implies the collation of 6 month and (1) month and (12) month materials requirements lists related specific  asset and feed the data into the overall Materials Management  demand planning report
  • Assist Company in defining and obtaining specifications, quantities and target delivery dates for programme materials  Material Request`s & Desktop Requisition`s
  • Work with the Company`  Procurement Supply Chain Management  Team (PSCM), communicating  business needs and participating in development of commodity strategies.
  • Promote Company` PSCM strategy and procure materials under PSCM umbrella agreements
  • Manage and monitor the expediting process for project materials to ensure the activity planning and project  execution is maintained
  • Liaise with contractors/suppliers to ensure the forward readiness / specification of materials /equipment
  • Coordinate the third party inspection services for materials (if required)
  • Attend drilling/ production planning meetings
  • Ensure that the AGTR Quality Assurance processes are followed as part of the materials mobilisation process
  • Monitor programme OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods ) requirements/ availability including liaison with the OCTG supplier (Global Wells Organization related)
  • Ensure that all service call-offs are in place prior to the start of the programme
  • Monitor high cost rentals to ensure that they are mobilised and demobilised efficiently
  • Control and maintain specific installation materials to ensure availability to meet programme requirements
  • Investigate and close out all material and equipment overage, shortage and damage occurrences related to the programme
  • Provide all relevant support  to Warehousing & Inventory Control team to ensure  the Inventory Optimization agenda is delivered
  • Performing all duties with regards to the COMPANY`s AGT and Corporate HSSE Standards, Policies and Guidelines, the health and safety of self and others who may be affected, and the environment
  • Perform all duties to be with due regard to COMPANY`s Policies, Guidelines and government legislation
  • Attend all meetings required by the position subject to notice to attend and availability

 

Requirements:

  • Contractor Personnel qualification
  • High school diploma or certificate
  • 2-4 (two-four) years` experience in Materials Management or Logistics Operation
  • Good written and oral communication skills needed to effectively deliver against accountabilities
  • Associate`s or Bachelor`s degree equivalent
  • Professional PSCM qualification (CPSM or MCIPS or equivalent )
  • Intimate knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and its supply base
