  • Energetic, professional, organized and dynamic person, capable of developing and running a business unit engaged in distribution of additives, chemicals and various products of a world class company as its regional distributor. 
  • Experience in sales and distribution, experience in development and management of sales and distribution channels for well-known  brands of chemicals, seeds, FMCG, spare parts and other alike activities/products - 7-10 years. 
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. 
  • Languages: Azeri, English, Russian. 
  • Dynamic, active approach to business development, strong organizational skills, experience of working in institutionalized business environment (holdings, corporations with structured business unit relations and reporting). 
  • Ability to develop and maintain business processes at a new unit, strong leadership skills, communication skills and team working skills are a must. 
  • Availability to travel across the country and abroad as might be required. 
  • Candidate should demonstrate commitment to self-development and pro-activity as a key driver in his or her professional activities as well as flexibility to adapt to changes in deadlines, targets, schedules, building team framework and organization. 
  • Experience in preparation and implementation of policies and procedures is serious advantage.
