Job Description:

  • Identify education/training needs of the sales team, choice of appropriate tools and techniques for skills development;
  • Group and individual planning of career development with the aim of business KPI achievement;
  • Organize and hold educational events (trainings, facilitations, workshops, lectures, etc.) according to the plan;
  • Assessment tools development to determine the efficiency of educational programs and level of proficiency (tests, appraisal forms, etc.). Conduct additional events to improve knowledge as appropriate;
  • Provide feedback on visits, trainings, workshops, collaborative work to line managers. Definition and provision of recommendations re further development;
  • Administration. Filling the required reports re training activities. Participation in the planning of the annual budget of training activities;
  • Organize and conduct regular double and triple visits (field visits with SDRs, TSVs), with the aim of development, analysis and assessment of skills and knowledge implementation.


Requirements:

  • University degree (Marketing/Management specialization or MBA are preferable);
  • Minimum 3 year of experience in Sales Department of FMCG Company as
  • MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point);
  • Valid driving license and minimum 3 years of driving experience;
  • Language Skills: Azeri – fluent;Russian - fluent; English-intermediate;
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
