Job Description:

  • Accountable for all matters related to general accounting including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, intercompany and other general accounting activities
  • Accountable for all matters involving financial reporting to Tax Authorities, SSPF, Statistics and Employment Fund 
  • Accountable for Finance team (a Finance Team Leader, Senior Accountant, an Accountant and three Accounts Assistants) 
  • Responsible for financial reporting to the client and parent companies, analysis and other financial information
  • Financial input and negotiation on commercial and service provision contracts
  • Assistance in commercial reviews and responsible for the financial part of commercial proposals
  • Responsible for annual budget programs
  • Monthly control of spent and analysis of variances between actual spent and budget
  • Cash flow forecasts 
  • Prime contact with financial auditors, tax and legal advisors
  • Support development of new business opportunities
  • Support special projects such as company’s commercialization, registration of the new company for commercialization purposes, CTTC efficiency project and etc. 
  • Foster close working relationships with the clients representatives so as to achieve a mutually beneficial business relationship
  • Support in on-going tenders
  • Financial input during quarterly Board meetings
  • Financial input during QPR (Quarterly Performance Review) and annual PRM (Performance Review Meetings) with the client
  • Participation in Board Strategy Meetings
  • Support operations &  supervision of the Finance team, ensure compliance to the tax legislation 
  • Development of procedures for finance and procurement which is part of finance department in the company
  • Conducting internal quality audits in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 quality standards in different areas of company’s business as part of company’s internal procedures 
  • Comply with QA and HSEQ policies and procedures
