  • To work with the Country Director to advise line managers on all HR issues including recruitment, employee queries and employee relations, in line with Company policies, procedures and best practice. 
  • Day to day HR support  to employees
  • Attendance collation
  • Payroll Administration
  • Recruitment administration
  • HR policy related administration
  • Personnel record management
  • To deal with face to face enquiries, e-mail and telephone queries and other questions about basic HR procedures, systems and entitlements in a responsive and timely manner.
  • Ensure that basic HR processes are carried out efficiently including recruitment processes, new starter processes, leavers processes and all other HR administrative duties.
  • Liaise with management /supervisors to ensure the timely and accurate submission of HR paperwork.
  • Maintain and input all data (including attendance) onto the HR System and / or other databases as required ensuring that the information is timely and accurate.
  • To collate attendance and provide to Payroll in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare Payroll data for the finance department.   
  • Support the Country Director in the production of required HR reports. 
  • General filing and office duties.
  • Assist & provide administrative support as necessary for all other HR related activities and projects.  Provide similar support for other departments as required.
  • Assume additional related assignment as per agreed with the management.
