  • To provide high-level, confidential administrative support to the office of the Director. 
  • Duties may be clerical, administrative and project-based, and includes scheduling travel, arranging meetings, handling information requests, preparing reports and correspondence, and liaising with various divisions.   .
  • To be able to prioritize effectively to handle a wide variety of activities in an efficient and confidential manner. 
  • To assist  the Director with a variety of life management tasks, including running errands, arranging travel (e.g. purchasing airline tickets, reserving hotel rooms and rental cars, and arranging activities, as well as visa if needed).
  • To manage an active calendar of appointments.  
  • To Arrange on-site and off-site meetings across multiple time zones, with teleconference and video conference capabilities;  
  • To compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential in nature. 
  • To research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the Director, 
  • To prepare the Director for all internal/external meetings, including but not limited to the provision of agendas, directions and list of attendees; research of organizations, individuals, and opportunities; 
  • To welcome and be hospitable to visitors. 
  • To ensures guests are well taken care of.



  • To be able to work independently, exercise good judgment and take initiatives.
  • Good presentation, organizational and computer skills
  • To  be familiar with word-processing, data-base, desktop publishing, spread-sheet and presentation software.
  • Excellent command of Azerbaijani, English and Russian.
  • At least 2-3 years as Personal Assistant.
