Responsibilities:

  • Assist HPE Project Manager with project delivery to meet the Company project schedule baseline dates
  • Conduct  regular Project delivery meetings with the relevant the Company commissioning teams to ensure HPE commissioning schedule is aligned and HPE get the access and facilities HPE need to complete their work packages to schedule
  • Liaise with telecoms package  engineers to coordinate package testing activity
  • Attend regular  HPE commissioning team meetings to report on local progress and ensure the HPE Senior Project  Manager is kept up to date on project  progress and any issues or problems which may impact HPE delivery of work packages
  • Assist with the resolution of technical issues
  • Liaise with local operational support teams to obtain sign off for work packages
  • Coordinate the project early life support activity
  • Preparation of Permit to Work for HPE commissioning team
  • Ensure all HPE and contract staff working at the Sangachal Terminal, ATA Yard and South Caucasus Pipeline locations are in full compliance with the company and any other local specific,  HSSE policies
  • Conduct regular Project  delivery meetings
  • Track and manage project delivery, including forecast, to actual cost, change of scope, closure and invoice
  • Resolution of technical/ operational issues
  • Following Project Policy and code of conduct of described in the SFL handbook
  • Track Financial progress of Projects
  • Ensure compliance with the Company house
  • Where appropriate Facilitate the engagement of the Capability delivery teams who are responsible for the delivery  of project outcomes
  • Responsibility  for maintaining the status of all assigned project  Services-delivered projects and programs, to support the APM
  • The SFL will chair and report on progress at the appropriate joint reviews and work closely with the APM and the Company Sector Leads

 

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 years in a project management role
  • Competent in project planning, risk management and change management process
  • Attainment of   professional qualifications such as PRINCE2  (Practitioner) or PMI
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management, ability to problem solve and conflict resolution
  • Contract management and experience managing  3rd parties
  • Excellent financial management profit and loss, forecasting and finance principles – (cash flow, accruals, Earned Value Analysis)
  • Report writing skills- proficient at presentation and chairing meetings
  • Proven Track record of Infrastructure project management delivery
  • Extensive project and Programme  Management delivery experience
  • Experience with path to life process and understanding of application development principles
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Ability to augment structured feedback and make tactical and Strategic improvements
