  • Prepares sales forecasts and collects and analyzes data to evaluate current sales goals. 
  • Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization’s ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.
  • Assists in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team.
  • Recommends changes to current sales techniques, procedures or promotional efforts based on market research and new trends.


  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related fields
  • Strong experience within a role focused on analysis of Field Sales, Trade Marketing and Sales Planning
  • Minimum two years of experience in an FMCG company (work experience with multinationals will be an added advantage)
  • Action and process oriented, strong problem solving and planning skills while being customer focused
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint specifically), knowledge of 1C will be an added advantage but is not mandatory
  • Ability to meet deadlines, efficiently work with various departments
  • Creative, dynamic and thinking outside-the-box
  • Knowledge of Russian and English is strongly preferred
  • This position will temporarily report to GM with subsequent change of line management to Country Sales Manager
