  • Participate in developing, initiating and executing marketing and sales plan
  • Actively develop the market and promote our services
  • Market research in areas defined in co-operation with Manager- Russia & Caspian and Global Sales Manager
  • Build and maintain a network of key clients
  • Market and present well intervention solutions to customers
  • Respond and follow-up sales enquiries by telephone, e-mail and personal visits
  • Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant information to the Management
  • Prepare technical solutions/quotes/tenders
  • Maintain current and new clients to highest level of service and professionalism to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Participate in the account management process
  • Participate in the KPI reporting process
  • Frequently contact and reporting to main office in Stavanger
  • Participate in developing sales & business development plans and budget
  • Participate in market research and competitor and customer surveys
  • Monitor projects from conception to completion
  • Data management and accurate reporting of all activities
  • Adhere to any relevant QHSSE laws,  policies and procedures
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for effective performance of the job role




  • BSc or equivalent qualification
  • Proven sales experience
  • Minimum 10 years of experience within the oil and gas industry
  • Management skills
  • Excellent understanding of well intervention application
  • Good knowledge of downhole tools/completion
  • Slickline/E-line experience
  • Fluent English & Russian, oral and written
  • Service minded
