  • Present, promote and sell products/services using established and new  channels  to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-­benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Prepare and complete tender and proposal documents according to bid requirements
  • Follow and attend networking and social  events representing the company
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports to management
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
  • Continuously improve through feedback
  • When absent due to vacation leave, sick leave, day off, etc to transfer responsibilities to an admin employee by mutual agreement and informing admin department via  corporate email






  • Possession of a bachelor’s degree in economics, public administration, marketing  or related field
  • 3 years experience in sales
  • 1 year customer relations and clients management (preferable)
  • Good Language skills: Russian (Advanced), Azerbaijani (Native) and English (Upper Intermediate)
  • Must have good IT skills
  • Corporative Sales manager must be confident, organized, persistent and assertive. They also should understand the company’s mission and be passionate about its product and services.
