Resposibilities:

  • Organization and conduction of sales of Company products;
  • Potential clients search;
  • Commercial negotiations with clients to the benefit of the Company;
  • Proactive response to the information received from clients and transfer of it to the person;
  • Preparation of monthly sales plan; 
  • Analysis of statistical data for product sales and delivery to Company clients; 
  • Submission of work completion reports in accordance with company management and administration principles.
  • Managing distribution and retail network;
  • Providing information and technical support to the clients; 
  • Informing clients of any changes in product range, product cost increase and decrease, demand boosting actions, and product arrival at the warehouse
  • Interface with Company departments in order to resolve the assigned tasks; 
  • Participation in meetings;
  • Management of work and reporting documentation;
  • Ensuring up-to-date information on clients within the data base;
  • Client financial discipline, payment terms control.

 

Requirements :

  • English- fluent, Russian- preferable, Turkish - moderate ( provided that Azeri is a mother language)
  • University graduate preferably civil engineer
  • 2-3 years of sales experience in construction industry preferably in retail
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office Applications (especially Excel and Power point)
  • High interpersonal & excellent communication skills with an aptitude for people, products and customers.      
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills                           
  • Good team player, hardworking, dynamic and highly motivated personality
  • Passion for driving strategies; be a self-entrepreneur and are able to demonstrate credibility, trust and authenticity both internally and externally.
  • Military service completed
  • Driving licence
  • Ready to travel (Azerbaijan regions, foreign countries)
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
