Tasks and responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall ensure delivery of value through effective and efficient sourcing activity; using the provisions of CMcp (Category Management Common Process) within boundaries of relevant laws and regulations, approved budgets and, where applicable, JV partner and NOC (National Oil Company) agreements.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall support the development of COMPANY Contracts and Procurement Plan (CPP) with demand data for assigned sub categories.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall support implementation of COMPANY Global Category Strategies (GCS) and contacting leadership to the process of managing supplier performance within COMPANY PSCM Category.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL develop COMPANY strategies and execute agreements with suppliers that manage the risks and add value.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL conduct relevant due diligence processes and secure required approvals.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall execute assigned sourcing activities typically including - development of bid packages, supporting bid proposal evaluation, providing analysis of results, and compiling recommendations to award to secure relevant internal and external approvals.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall conduct/support contract negotiations as directed.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall execute post-award contract management and administration as directed. This will involve resolution of queries, supporting timely supplier invoice approvals, processing and tracking supplier change requests, monitoring contract expiration dates and ensuring extensions or renewals are executed to support continuing service delivery to the business.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL support supplier performance management activities, such as, KPI tracking, PRMs (Performance Review Meeting) and other activities intended to drive improvement with supplier performance.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL ensure Local Content obligations are considered and incorporated into the procurement decisions as required.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL execute compliance activities including audit resolution as applicable.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL manage safe, compliant and reliable supply chains including supporting the delivery, optimisation and storage of materials and equipment;
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL be accountable for delivering annual Cash Cost targets for AGTR PSCM IM Category;
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL support COMPANY Category Delivery Leads, establishing and communicating vision and strategic direction for the organization and providing business context, coaching and direction to enable the team to meet its performance targets
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall comply with all COMPANY`s policies and procedures. Ensuring that all activities by CONTRACTOR Personnel are performed in accordance with COMPANY’s corporate policies and processes, defined governance and delegations of authority, as well as external laws and regulations.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall fully comply with COMPANY Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption and Money Landry Procedures.
CONTRACTOR PERSONNEL shall comply with the provisions of Confidentiality Agreement executed between COMPANY and CONTRACTOR.
High school diploma or certificate;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s or/and Master degree equivalent in in Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement or other relevant discipline.
Professional PSCM qualification (CPSM or MCIPS or equivalent)
3+ years professional category specialist experience in Upstream, Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM), and/or Finance.Buying or procurement experience, including execution of P2P within a corporate ERP or FIN system, e.g. SAP, Oracle, etc.;
Good written and oral communication skills needed to effectively deliver against accountabilities;
Dynamic, customer and solution focused who can work through Regional, Functional and Discipline interfaces involving multi-stakeholder, multi-discipline, multi-cultural environments.
Intimate knowledge of the Oil & Gas industry and its supply base.
