Job Description
  • Planning, development and implementation of HSE statistical process
  • Maintaining and ongoing development of the HSE inputs with respect to HSE statistical  processes
  • Liaison with Project HSE Leads and Project Managers as required to fulfill objectives and provide Project Management with statistical data.
  • Monitoring statistical processes, production and follow up to ensure applicable trends are identified and addressed
  • Deep dive review of statistical data and presentation of findings, actions and close outs
  • Collation of all Project HSE statistical analyses to determine company trends
  • Tracking close out of statistical trend outcomes to ensure satisfactory long term close out.
  • Assist the HSE leads in developing an HSE statistics, processing and interpretation strategy
  • Review and Interpret weekly HSE output data and identify trends and gaps that require focus corrective actions or improvements
  • Assist Site Safety Leaders and teams in developing specific and realistic actions plan to    address any shortcoming identified from the data processed
  • Attend applicable meetings scheduled for the projects (internal and external) and present findings as agreed with project teams.
  • Initiating and identification including initiatives aimed in improving the effectiveness of the HSE analyses process and HSE Management System
  • To work with and support other team members as required to provide clarity and objectives of the HSE analyses process
Requirements

The candidate should possess the following background and experience:

  • Minimum 6 to 8 years’ experience in HSE management, particularly is data analytics and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree as minimum academic degree or equivalent
  • Have worked in similar industry i.e. onshore or offshore marine operations
  • Good track record in HSE administration processes

The candidate must exhibit the following skills and abilities:

  • Must be able to work independently and showing sense of initiative and drive
  • Leadership are not a must but can be advantageous, so a proven record in that area could be positive asset
  • Good organizational skills
  • Possess adequate communication and presentation skills at all levels
  • Ability to lead/chair meetings or discussion within the field of his competence
  • Ability to work with MS office programs including MS Power Point
