Perform troubleshooting, repair, and design of mechanical and hydraulic equipment
Knowledge of hydraulics basic principles;
Knowing the basic work principles of the hydraulic pumps, balancing valves, reduction valves, hydraulic manifold system, hydraulic control system, electro-hydraulic valves, hydraulic accumulators;
Control of maintenance tasks according to CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System);
Providing with health and high standard of personal safety in the workplace, advise safety and emergency precautions under all the employee’s supervision, instruction and leadership;
Improve the quality of repairs, improvement of operation and current service of equipment, participate in development of actions in extending exploitation period of equipment between maintenance;
Monitor the quality of repairs, reduction of time and cost of repairs, increasing strength of parts, prevention of defects and take actions on improving the quality of equipment repairs;
To be part of equipment failure root cause analysis;
Carrying out repair and testing of equipment
To be Involved in developing annual plans for ordering spare parts, oils, tools and other materials for maintenance-operation of equipment;
Involved in checking the technical condition of equipment and its adaption after repair, also the adoption of brand new equipment. Participate in the development of actions to increase efficiency and to be involved in their implementation;
Controlling conformity of safety drilling equipment and hydraulic systems complying with rules of operations and requirements;
To secure oneself and colleagues during the work process;
To attend all company’s training courses and meetings related to safety, firefighting and evacuation;
To comply with the safety procedures implemented by the company;
To attend safety inductions and to be aware of the planned drills and relevant works;
To take immediate actions and report to direct supervisor on any actual and potential danger to health, safety and equipment on site;
To plan all works under supervision ahead of time, to evaluate risks, to inform relevant parties during pre-work meetings;
To perform the evaluation for the purpose of determination of the tasks implemented within the area under supervision.
To comply with ecological standards implemented in the company;
To manage and comply with the rules on wastes segregation based on Waste Management Procedure;
To be aware of ecological aspects related to work activities and to implement control measures.
Experience: at least 1 year;
Ability to work in a team;
English (Intermediate Level);
Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook).
