Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with the Company's GTIMS (Global Technical Integrity Management System).
Assist with the provision of all discipline (Mech/Elect/Inst/Electr) support for rig maintenance personnel throughout Company's operations.
Implement, input, control, review and maintain the reliability of Company's CMMS (SAP) to a standard apposite for the management of maintenance in line with Company's Global Standards, Client Integrity management, API and in country interface documentation.
Assist with the supervision of equipment repair and procurement both on and offshore and ensure that it is completed in a timely manner.
Assist with supervision of relevant procurement procedures. To include compliance and recommendation from OEM guidelines and practices
Liaise with Drilling Operations (onshore and offshore) and designated Rig Manager to ensure maintenance activities are planned and coordinated effectively.
Carry out weekly audits of all planned Maintenance Routines for all existing and new equipment within relevant Maintenance Management System.
Responsible for ensuring that all material goods and equipment are correct and fit for purpose.
Have direct input to any shutdown or planned stoppage, develop plans and engage with relevant Rig manager as and when required. Including both Shut down and Maintenance work scopes.
Assist with the onshore and offshore maintenance teams’ engagement in lateral learning and lessons learned bulletins.
Assist with planning and control of all CLPi / mini shutdowns on respective assets
Assist with the control and implementation of start-up documentation transfer between Ops and Maintenance.
Familiarize themselves with the Company's Safety Policy and to take reasonable care to ensure the health and safety of themselves and other persons likely to be affected by their acts or omissions as required under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974;
Actively promote safety culture in discussions with offshore maintenance personnel and during visits to operations locations;
Secure oneself and colleagues during the work process;
Attend company’s training courses and meetings related to safety, fire fighting and evacuation;
Comply with the safety procedures implemented by the company;
Attend safety inductions and to be aware of the planned drills and relevant works;
Take immediate actions or report to direct supervisor on any actual or potential danger to health, safety or equipment on site;
Comply with ecological standards implemented in the company;
Comply with the rules on wastes segregation based on Wastes Management Procedure;
Be aware of ecological aspects related with the work activities and to implement control measures.
Assist with the planning and financial control surrounding the requirements of individual platform spare parts and planned services
Actively participate, contribute to Technical Integrity Division meetings and discussion groups.
Provide cross discipline support to other Technical Integrity Division team members.
Direct involvement of the development of junior team members.
Fluent English, Azeri & preferably Russian;
Have suitable knowledge of a given discipline / field of experience. Either Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical – minimum of 2 years (dependent on type of experience);
University graduate with degree in relevant field – electrical / electronic / offshore facilities / mechanical / engineering etc. (not drilling engineering);
Experience using CMMS (computerized Maintenance Management Systems);
Experience using computerized data bases and or systems;
Experience using computer based software programs for applications;
Have an understanding of offshore well control requirements and equipment;
Good communication skills.
