Job Description
  • Development, growth and operational management of loyalty programs
  • Ensuring effective, efficient and commercially viable operation of loyalty programs
  • Identifying, monitoring and improving short/mid/long-term impact of loyalty programs on relevant commercial KPIs


  • Education & certifications BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Experience in marketing, retail, business development and/or other commercial areas
  • Proficiency with metrics and analytics
  • Programs and software  Standard MS
  • Language skills – Azeri/English/Russian - Fluent
  • Ability to work under pressure, time management & result oriented approach
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills, and necessary attention to detail.
  • Long-term strategic vision
