Job Description
  • Manage the work of expeditors and promoter, design the sales target and KPI, and monitor the execution, also make routinely report. Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources (POP materials, Visual Displays)To manage promoters and ensure their promotion performance and sell out performance of those promoters’ stores.
  • To create and follow up route plan of their Retail Specialists according to Company Office direction.
  • Routine shop visit, display maintenance and CRM with shops
  • To create awareness of Company Campaigns to store owners and make them take action for Company products’ sell out.
  • Design the Promotion with KA manager and take major responsibility for the promotion excution.
  • Plan the promotion material including posters, cut out etc, and follow the delivery.
  • To localize training materials, prepare training plan, arrange training activities for promoters, Dealers and Dealer FSMs
  • Preparing weekly reports based on visits and Retail Specialist report

      • Best-selling models
      • Problems dealers face regarding Company product
      • Track sales trends
  • Reporting and planning on “how to improve in shop branding” in retailer shops
  • Control the Floor Salesman motivation program status
  • Maintain an active/productive dialog with dealers to understand their needs, problems, issues, etc.
  • Higher education
  • Proven sales relevant experience (experience in field sales and/or handset business is desirable)
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and dealer owners
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian
  • PC proficiency
