Job Description
  • Provision and troubleshooting of network connectivity for end user equipment
  • Provision of basic IT training and advice to users.
  • Microsoft Windows, Office, Project, Visio, Lync and etc.
  • Performing LAN cabling patching
  • Receipt of support tickets passed from Service Desk
  • Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of end user hardware, including conference phones.
  • Installation of LAN/WAN equipment
Requirements
  • Experience not less that 1 year;
  • Experience in Microsoft Active Directory
  • ITIL familiarity (Certification would be beneficial, listened course is enough);
  • Any other quality/standard related certification in IT field;

Languages:

  • Azeri - native
  • English - intermediate
  • Russian - preferred, but not a must
