Job Description
  • Prepare and execute monthly payroll;
  • Maintain and document all payroll records;
  • Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely;
  • Prepare reports to internal and external parties accurately and timely, i.e. Finance Department, Social Insurance, Statistics, Tax and so forth;
  • Prepare work and residence permit documents and follow up with the legal parties;
  • Ensure compliance all documentary process with Labour Legislation;
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns;
  • Manage the relations with external auditors;
  • Coordinate and participate in implementation of improvements in reporting processes and systems.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field of study (Business Administration, Economics or Finance);
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Payroll Specialist experience;
  • Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (all documents are keeping in both languages);
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field;
  • Strong Excel and mathematical skills;
  • Knowledge and experience of SAP (preferable)
  • Demonstration of good communication skills and ability of work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally;
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality;
  • Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills;
  • Advanced in MS Office applications.
