Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely;
Prepare reports to internal and external parties accurately and timely, i.e. Finance Department, Social Insurance, Statistics, Tax and so forth;
Prepare work and residence permit documents and follow up with the legal parties;
Ensure compliance all documentary process with Labour Legislation;
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns;
Manage the relations with external auditors;
Coordinate and participate in implementation of improvements in reporting processes and systems.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field of study (Business Administration, Economics or Finance);
Minimum of 1-2 years of Payroll Specialist experience;
Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English (all documents are keeping in both languages);
Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field;
Strong Excel and mathematical skills;
Knowledge and experience of SAP (preferable)
Demonstration of good communication skills and ability of work effectively at all levels, both internally and externally;
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks;
Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality;
Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills;
Advanced in MS Office applications.
