Responsible for carrying out necessary processing activities relating to the bank plastic cards, preparation of plastic cards and transactions in clearing system, transactions on internet banking, clearing on card program.
Closing of a business day on bank cards on plastic cards (daily download of bank reports on ATM, POS cash, POS retail and virtual (e-commerce) terminals;
Daily clearing of VISA and MASTERCARD payment system;
Checking daily turnover of transit accounts, identifying and removing any inaccuracies.
Review and reconciliation of the invoices included in the Processing Center;
Daily work with the Azericard and Milli kard card processing centers, local switch inter-bank clearing;
Monitoring of daily ATMs, checking balances after encashment;
Returns of reverse transactions to customers' card accounts.
Minimal level of relevant experience: 3 years.
Customer service: Responds to general customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Languages: Perfect Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English, Russian.
