HR Manager
A global consulting firm is looking for an HR manager for its Baku office.

Recruitment
  • Develop and execute the Firm’s employer brand awareness programme
  • Develop recruitment approach and recruitment plans based on consultation with management
  • Execute recruitment plans
  • Work with educational institutions to attract the best talent

Training
  • Develop and deliver introductory training programme to new recruits
  • Develop and deliver annual refresher trainings
  • Assist service line leaders in evaluating training needs, and designing and executing training programme

Performance evaluation
  • Regularly update performance evaluation policies and processes in consultation with management
  • Assist management in ongoing performance assessment by defining metrics, analysing data and preparing reports
  • Coordinate staff annual performance appraisals
  • Handle exit of underperforming staff

Employee wellbeing
  • Design, deliver and follow up on employee satisfaction surveys
  • Have a continued focus on employee wellbeing by sharing useful information and hints and tips
  • Organise teambuilding and other staff events

Policies
  • Design HR and related policies as directed by management, including implementation of policies and procedures to address information security risks associated with human resources
  • Ensure timely and clear communication of HR related matters to staff
  • Enforce HR policies and monitor execution
  • Work with Global HRM Team and implement their requirements
  • Together with management implement Global Office requirements related to HRM
  • Monitor discipline, including but not limited to attendance, appearance, timekeeping, confidentiality
  • Honesty, integrity and professional ethics
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 20+ years of professional experience in human resources management role(s)
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
