HSEQ Coordinator
Main Purpose of role:
Working predominantly with different group company locations, to support their HSEQ function; responsible for the developing, implementing, maintaining and supporting company HSEQ requirements

Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist/Co-ordinate in development, implementation, certification and maintenance of HSEQ / Management Systems
· Carry out HSEQ related activities and functions for Group companies as detailed in agreed work scope. This can include but not be limited to the following activities:
o Preparation, completion and write up of audits and inspections as per agreed schedules/ where deemed to be required (Internal, Supplier & Sub-Contractor, Third Party Certifications and Client Audits)
o Working with workforce to raise HSEQ awareness and develop overall HSEQ behaviours and cultures
o Capturing and reviewing NCRs raised and ensure they are followed up and closed out.
o Provide staff and management with a source of guidance on HSEQ Management System, legislative and other requirements
o Assist/Co-ordinate the reporting, recording & investigation of incidents (inc. near misses) & remedial action
o Providing updates to Management on progress, milestones and barriers
o Ensure documents/data are controlled and amendments are tracked to Management Systems
· Day to day HSEQ activities as deemed required by the company
· Support HSEQ Advisor where necessary/required
· Attendance and participation at Operational Meetings as required
· Identifying Continuing Professional Development opportunities and completing/ maintaining CPD
· The job holder may be required to carry out any other related or associated roles, tasks or duties, which they can be trained, instructed and supervised to do safely and according to changing business requirements.
· Basic knowledge of Health and Safety requirements working towards the NEBOSH General Certificate
· Experience of Supplier, Client and other third party liaison
· Understanding and interest in current UK HS&E Legislation
· Good organisation, communication, time management skills
· Ability to multi-task and work to varying deadlines
· Administrative skills and computer literate in Word, Excel and Visio packages
