Commercial Coordinator
Provide commercial support to the Commercial team and assist the Commercial Manager with commercial planning, contractual issues, project planning, programme management, tendering, systems compliance, financial management and project communication.
· Supporting of Tender Process
· Supporting of accurate cost models and estimates
· Coordination and fulfil the demands & requirements of the Company on SAP Ariba System
· Updating tender logs regularly


· Track jobs commercial history through registering & updating database records for each job.
· Work closely with the projects team to understand details of commercial requirements
· Monitoring the progress of financial costs of a project
· Review of client, potential partners & subcontractor’s enquiries and requirements.
· Following up and monitoring of internal order processing and delivery performance.
· Analysis and preparation of needed documents for comparison in tendering stage
· Produce, manage and develop proposals for the clients.
· Filling the entire commercial documents.
· Sub-/ Contract management (Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms / Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure ongoing feasibility)
· Ensure Commercial processes meet legal requirements and standards (insurance, customs, etc.)
· Preparing commercial information, presentations and other correspondence for Management meetings.
· Responding questionnaire for new company’s pre-qualification/Auditing purposes.
· Able to generate and analysis on financial and commercial report.
· Maintain the insurance requirements as required for the contracts.
· Managing the contracts folder with confidentially.
· Coordinate with operation team for the tendering process and ensure the submission on time.

Job Description

· Master’s Degree in Business or Engineering equivalent field
· SAP - Ariba experience min 2 years

· 3 years’ experience in a similar role
· Experience in the oil & gas industry
· Good communications skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Supportive and service minded
· Organized, accurate and timely
· Result oriented
· Presentation skills
· Russian, English and Azeri communication skills (written and verbal)
· Computer skills (MS Office)
