· Establish and maintain industry business relationships to generate on-going deal flow; · Assess the attractiveness of the investment opportunity based on market and industry research, financial modeling and valuation; · Lead and oversee key functions of a transaction including origination, financial modeling, due diligence, and presentation to the Investment Committee · Lead implementation of post-investment development plan in portfolio companies; · Interact with the management of portfolio companies, monitor performance and report internally on regular basis · Identify Exit opportunities, execute successful exit transactions; · Coach, oversee and train project team members as appropriate;

Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in relevant area, master degree is an advantage; · A post-graduate qualification (CFA is preferable); · 5-8 years of professional experience in the field; · Understanding of Financial Analysis, Valuation and Business Modeling; · Strong financial modelling skills together with a high degree of proficiency in using MS Excel; · Excellent report writing skills; · Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an asset; · Strong understanding of the private equity business;
