· Collecting industry and market data to conduct market and industry research.
· Assisting the investment team in appraising new investment opportunities and deal origination.
· Assisting the investment team in due diligence and execution of new transactions.
· Preparing investment committee memoranda.
· Supporting portfolio operations team in the management and oversight of one or more portfolio companies.

Job Description

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in relevant area, master degree is an advantage;
· A post-graduate qualification (CFA, ACCA) is desirable.
· 2 year of professional experience in the field;
· Understanding of Financial Analysis, Valuation and Business Modeling
· Strong financial modelling skills together with a high degree of proficiency in using MS Excel.
· Excellent report writing skills.
· Proficiency in Azerbaijani and English, Russian is an asset.
