Responsibilities · Implements, improves the activities of supply chain systems in the organization;
· Draws up plans, forecasts for the supply of goods;
· Analyses the terms of supply contracts in terms of logistics;
· Prepares a budget for supply chain activities and monitors its implementation;
· Carries out an inventory of stocks, controls their quantity and condition;
· Plans the quantity of stocks for continuous supply, taking into account storage and their maintenance;
· Organizes and monitors warehouse work;
· Establishes the conditions for the delivery of products, coordinates the activities for the acceptance, storage of products;
· Participates in the development of draft contracts for the purchasing and supply of goods, works, services, as well as other standard documents in the field of purchasing / supply;
· Establishes risks in logistics. Arranges insurance of equipment, goods, materials, liability of carriers;
· Controls the safety of goods during transportation, storage;
· Receives permits for imports from the relevant state organizations (license, patent, certificates, etc.);
· Makes logistic forecasts and plans;
· Organizes customs clearance of goods and obtaining relevant certificates;
