Responsibilities · Establishing sales and business development processes of advertising on the platform, · Planning and overseeing development initiatives, · Researching organizations and individuals to find new clients to work with the world's largest social network on the local market, · Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings, · Developing quotes and proposals for clients, · Explore clients' strategic growth objectives and deliver value to them, · Work closely with client solution managers (CSMs) to build relationships and serve clients, · Own the entire prospecting and sales process in the region, · Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events, · Organize industrial events to develop the Social network's brand in the Region · Proactively educate yourself about new technologies and opportunities in digital advertising.
Skills and attributes: · 5+ years of digital media or ad tech experience in Top or managers positions, · 5+ years of sales and business development experience in B2B, · Experience in sales, marketing, or related field, · Deep knowledge of the local digital and advertising markets, · Good understanding of selling methodologies and expertise in building up sales, · Strong communication skills, · Strong analytical skills, · Exceptional communication and presentation skills, · Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty, · Open-mindedness, ability to work in changing environment, · Fluent in spoken and written English, · Reaching the quarterly established KPI
