Responsibilities: · Identification of the customers and their needs in designated area (from Black Sea to Central Asia countries), involvement in marketing planning
· Effective communication on potential orders to purchasing department
· Affiliation with customers and maintaining CRM database
· Information acquisition from key market players (market demand, key developments)
· Managing commercial offers – mailing / messaging / getting aftersales feedback
· Goods stocks sales in accordance with given plans / seasonality / opportunities
· Customer loyalty achievement based on careful fulfillment of demands
· Clients database maintenance (by designated area) / sales information management
· Sales reporting (includes statistics and dynamics of sales on monthly basis)
