Performance & Integration Coordinator
Market Research
  • Support conduct of assessment of local companies and subsequent analyses of results to build and maintain the database of potential local suppliers capable to produce services in line with relevant international standards (quality, HSE etc.)
  • Support delivery of on-demand Market Research (MR) for Company procurement practitioners and produce report through a) preliminary screening; b) subsequent in-depth assessment of local companies meeting Company’s needs in specific areas
  • Ensure effective archiving of conducted MRs & analyses, produce quarterly report on activities performed
Public Bid Announcement
  • Publicize bids in the bid announcement system based on completed forms
  • Administer and maintain bid announcement system
  • Assess responses – check completeness and accuracy of information based on agreed high level criteria
  • Include shortlisted suppliers in the market report and provision to requestors
  • Ensure effective archiving of all Public Bid Announcements, produce quarterly report on activities performed
Interface with external partners and support with local content
  • Support with routine and ad-hoc requests from partners’ representatives in accordance with established PSAs (e.g. stats and performance reports, provision of invoices etc.)
  • Arrange meetings on a need basis, prepare pre-reads and minutes of meetings, follow up on actions with action owners etc.
  • Support with provision of local content questions and criteria for ongoing bids (on a need basis), and support with evaluation
  • Prepare, agree and publish Local Content reports for internal and external purposes (e.g. AGT sustainability report)
  • Collect, analyse and report workforce nationalization progress for key supplier as defined by original Contact Management Optimization (CMO) project scope
Job Description
Required skills and knowledge
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in core procurement activities (sourcing, contracting, contract management etc.)
  • Good knowledge of local supplier market by categories
  • University degree in related field (e.g. Finance, Economics, Supply Chain etc.)
  • Data analytics, critical assessment, and ability to generate summary reports
  • Effective written and oral communication skills needed to enable impactful interactions with internal and external counterparties/stakeholders
  • Fluent language skills (Azerbaijani, English)
  • Good knowledge and practice of Power Application (e.g. Power App, Power Automate, Power BI, Share Point etc.) for data analytics and visualization
  • Organizational and time management skills.
