Junior Sales Engineer
Job Purpose:
To generate and handle sales enquiries for the products and services offered by the company within designated areas of Azerbaijan and Caspian region, with an emphasis on ensuring it’s efficient and appropriate sales operations to enhance the Company profitability and creating new and potential business development opportunities, ensuring alignment with the corporate strategy, brand and quality standards.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Consistently achieve/ over-achieve revenue targets across designated areas in Azerbaijan.
- Increase the sales portfolio and revenue of the company.
- Generate and handle sales enquiries for the products and services offered by the company.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients and provide both pre and after-sales technical advice or support.
- Liaise with the Internal Sales Executive for the preparation of quotations.
- Negotiation of pricing and terms & conditions of sales.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales target on a regular basis.
- Provide regular, timely, accurate pro-active reports and achieve targeted KPIs
- Representing and promoting the Hi-Force brand at designated exhibitions and product shows as required
- Represent the Hi Force brand.
- Actively promote new products and services to the market.
- Assist Marketing with demonstration photos/videos of our products
- Provide market feedback and competitor analysis in sales meetings.
- Ensure compliance with company rules and all Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements.
Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and personal attributes required.
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in field sales of industrial equipment to the Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Construction and Marine Engineering industries.
- Excellent communications skills (basic English language is a plus)
- Presentable, self-motivated, goal-oriented and a team-player.
- Must have an aggressive approach to sales.
- With valid Azerbaijan driving license.
