Job responsibilities: · Collecting data from a variety of sources and generating ad hoc and scheduled reports on Power BI such as Turnover, Retention, Vacation utilization, Hiring quality, Time to hire, Exit interview results, Attendance, Workforce plan analysis, Workload analysis, bonus based KPIs and etc. · Manipulating data in Excel, Power BI and summarizing for different audiences, as appropriate · Analyzing and organizing HR data to find conclusions, trends, and statistics · Identify and recommend reasonable short- and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics · Utilizing and creating databases and spreadsheets · Design and maintain the HR Data Model and ensure that just one source of master data exists for each HR Process · Support other HR teams by designing customized reports providing source data · Run the strategic HR reports and comment the most important trends · Designs the HR early warning system to catch up unhealthy trends in the organization · Runs regular audits over HR data and report issues to be corrected · Design the HR data privacy policy and set rules for the data access to different HRIS modules · Participate in various HR Projects and deliver the source data for the analysis in the project team · Design training courses for HR Business partners regarding basic rules for the data entry and data maintenance in Human Resources · Assisting in reviewing, testing, and implementing enhancements and upgrades for relevant HR systems

Required qualifications: · Higher education · Fluent Azerbaijani, Intermediate English skills · Experience in HR, Sales, or Financial reporting · SAP experience is an advantage · Having good theoretical knowledge in data gathering and storage · MS Programs (Power BI (desktop and service), Power Point, Excel) skills · Knowledge of Data Gateway · Strategic alignment skill · Analysis and problem-solving skills · Business and financial acumen · Manage timely execution of assigned tasks · Being customer focused · Communication skills · Support change, action, and innovation
