Financial Manager
Job responsibilities:

· Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
· Design management reports as required by users of the reports and prepare IFRS statements
· Examine and analyse financial data for accuracy and completeness
· Check the conformance of the reports to the local legislation and the company's policies and procedures
· Maintain the financial health of the organization
· Manage the preparation of the company’s budget
· Analyse costs, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
· Develop trends and projections of the firm’s financial resources
· Implement effective internal financial controls
· Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained
· Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives
· Train and coach finance team to carry forward all tasks and processes outlined above
· Report to General Director

Requirements:
Required qualifications:

· Proven experience of minimum of 4 years as a Finance Management or in relevant field (experience in production industry is a must)
· Preference is given to candidates with Big4 experience (Advanced Senior or Manager, Assurance Services)
· Sound knowledge and experience in implementation of IFRS
· Knowledge of the best accounting practices (Management accounting is a plus)
· Proficiency in using office (MS Excel) and accounting applications (1C is a must)
· Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and working knowledge of English
· Professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA or similar will be considered an advantage
· Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
· Ability to manage, guide and lead employees
