Information Technology Manager
Work function
2.1 To control all types of IT works of the company, including computer systems and network, and their implementation process;
2.2 Network or usage related issues, monitoring and security control;
2.3 To be constantly aware of General Management Systems and technologies that can be very effective for the hotel and to provide the company with this system;
2.4 Knowledge of Opera Property Management Systems;
2.5 Knowledge of SUN MFF Back Office System;
2.6 Knowledge of Micros Point of Sales software; 2.7 Know the Material Control System;
2.8 Knowledge of cable systems;
2.9 Be aware of Local Area Network (cable and without cable);
2.10 Knowledge of Human Resources and Payment system;
2.11 Knowledge of Electronic Key card systems;
2.12 Knowing the Accounting Call system;
2.13 To control the entertainment system in the hotel rooms;
2.14 Provide support to guests and employees in the Call and Message System;
2.15 Provide and maintain all new software and hardware suppliers to the Hotel;

2.16 Prepare an updated schematic diagram and accurate plan of the Hotel floors, provided that the location of all connected cables is clearly marked;
2.17 Maintain control of all equipment, printers, credit card machines, UPS and/or power generators;
2.18 Write and prepare a monthly report and send it to the Director of the Department of Information Technologies, which is available in the Region, no later than the specified date;
2.19 Dealing with daily questions of hotel employees and guests;
2.20 Participate in solving all kinds of Information Technology issues, whether directly related to guests or not;
2.21 Perform other possible duties;

Rights
3.1 Information Technology Manager has the following rights to perform his duties;
Establishing direct relations with other employees and structural units by informing the head of the relevant structural unit under his authority about the issues related to his authority;
To exercise all labor rights in accordance with the Labor Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
Prohibiting (stopping) work in case of violation of technical and LPTS rules, accident or error;
To be provided free of charge with the necessary personal protection and safety equipment;
Stop work and leave the workplace without being disciplined if they have reasonable concerns about their safety;
Communicate any health and safety concerns to his employer;
To be provided with tools and equipment necessary for work;

4.1 Information Technology Manager is responsible for the timely and quality implementation of the duties assigned to him, the timely and appropriate fulfillment of the orders, orders and tasks of the management, the requirements of regulatory and legal acts, compliance with the internal rules of the company, damage to the property and technical equipment provided for his use, and is personally responsible for its destruction;
4.2 Information Technology Manager is subject to disciplinary, financial, administrative or criminal responsibility according to the legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan, depending on the severity of the fault;
4.3 Information Technology Manager is obliged to follow the norms and rules of labor protection, safety equipment, industrial sanitation and fire protection;

- Russian language is desirable
- Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or other relevant field

- Being able to perform multiple tasks in a changing environment while remaining calm and composed;
- Having 2 years of work experience in the relevant position
- Ability and responsibility to independently complete any assigned task without supervision

- Accuracy in work and ability to pay attention to details;
- Knowledge of Linux software is an advantage
- Cisco certification is an advantage
