Key Account Manager
· Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
· Creating and implementing channel strategy
· Creating, negotiating, and implementing short- and long-term promo plan with partners
· Promotion budget calculation, confirmation, and control.
· Stock control & shipment forecasting
· Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to increase brand loyalty
· Gaining a complete understanding of key customer needs and requirements
· Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
· Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
· Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
· Promote the company’s products, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
· Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
· Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
· Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
· Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Job Description
· Proven working experience as a business development manager, KAM or a relevant role
· Proven sales track record
· Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
· Excellent organizational skills.
· Understanding of Tech Industry
· Proficiency in English and Russian
· Market knowledge
· Communication and negotiation skills
· Ability to build rapport
· Time management and planning skills
