Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for GVERSE GeoGraphix software and G&G services offered by LMKR in the FSU region
Manage a team of sales representatives and technical professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the region
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to effectively capture these opportunities
Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, and customer support to ensure client satisfaction
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge
Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
Job Description
Requirements:
Masters's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales and business development within the FSU region
Experience in selling software and/or services to upstream oil and gas clients in the FSU region
Strong technical background in Geosciences
Demonstrated ability to lead a team of sales professionals and technical experts
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the FSU region
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to travel extensively within the FSU region
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
