Main Purpose of role:
To work effectively as part of a team to service, repair and maintain company equipment by working closely with other team members. Carrying out repairs and upgrades of hydraulics equipment will be an integral part of the role. Help train colleagues across various disciplines. Undergo relevant training.
Main Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
- Workshop Duties:Check, service, repair and maintain all Company equipment.
- Log information in the maintenance job sheets.
- Installation and tuning of automatic devices in land and sea facilities, laying and assembly of cable tracks, electronics, electrical works, debugging and inspection service
- Complex automation and mechanization of production processes in offices and enterprises based on elements of modern information technologies
- Research and development of programs for automatic control systems and programs for the application of control measuring devices and automation tools, automated control systems, (diagnostics, detection and elimination of faults) of networks used in automatic control systems
- Diagnostics of inverters (driver), detection of faults, programming and replacement with a new one; Adjustment of the connection between the motor of the equipment and the "Inverter" system
- Participation in checking the technical condition of electronic equipment, repair at module and component level
- Detection, elimination and proper technical operation of technological and electrical schemes to ensure continuous operation of technological processes
- Control of electrical works in accordance with the normative rules and correctly
- Identifying broken parts in production facilities and organizing their replacement with new parts, creating a spare parts database for repair work, drawing up a repair plan, carrying out repair work based on the repair plan and preparing reports
- Provide technical advice and assistance to all departments:
- Liaise with Inspection Department to obtain necessary information to assist and build new equipment as required.
- Source information from third party representatives as necessary.

- Comply with Procedures:
- Ensure all operations comply with the Company, Health and Safety and Client operating policies and procedures.
- Keep up to date with other current legislation, legal requirements and regulations that apply to the company.
- Provide back-up assistance to other personnel as required.
- Undertake tasks and projects as agreed that are in line with job delivery requirements.
