Expected Activities
- Comply with HSE requirements, Golden Safety rules of the Company
- Support colleagues to perform Project close out activities
- Responsible for making accounting entries in accordance with IFRS, PSA, JOA and Azeri Tax code
- Follow company Procedures related to accounting activities
- Reconcile Project close and support Audit team in regards of validation of Project Total Cost and Recoverable cost
- Responsible for all accounting entries in context of close out and adjustments
- Verification, coordination, and validation for remaining 3rd party invoices
- Validate and post close out accruals
- Support the team to prepare documentations for SOX controls and other Internal Control activities
- Ability to apply Azeri Tax requirements to day-to-day activities. Validate the correctness of tax application in different payments.
- Support with Work Order reconciliation with Operating Company, and close out.
- Support Accounting team for Project close out activities, and reconciliation of historical costs.

- Reports to the Chief Accountant, who reports to the Financial Controller
- Working schedule: 9:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday
- Days-off: Saturday, Sunday, and all official banking holidays in Azerbaijan
- Expected duration of the service: till 31/12/2023 with possibility of extension / renewal depending on the project closure status
Required profile:
- High school graduation in Accounting / Finance / Economics
- Professional experience in Oil & Gas companies
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Good Local and PSA tax knowledge. Working experience with PTR calculation
- Strong working knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Accuracy and analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Good sense of responsibility
- Team spirit
- Self-organized
- Knowledge of Power BI is desirable
