HR and Admin Specialist
- Day to day work for assigned projects, such as preparation of internal orders, dealing with employee advance reports, maintaining for employee timesheets and different HR registries;
- Preparation, modification and termination of employment agreements and recording into e-portal (;
- Running payroll for assigned projects;
- Support with preparation and filing of reports to the state authorities (the Ministry of Taxes, the State Social Protection Fund, etc.);
- Advising on unique HR issues;
- Maintaining for supplier agreements;
- Arrangement of timely invoicing by the suppliers;
- Regular communication with project leaders and the state authorities;
- Preparation of project and management reports;
- Other duties related to the performance of job responsibilities.

Job Description
- Higher education in economics;
- Good knowledge of labor legislation and accounting software;
- Good working skills in 1C (8 version);
- Quick learner with strong analytical skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Team player able to work under pressure;
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills;
- Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision;
- Proficiency in using office applications: (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Power Point, Outlook);
- Perfect writing in Azerbaijani is mandatory requirement
- English and Russian languages are advantage;
- Minimum experience of 2 years in the respective field is mandatory.
