SALES: • Developing a clear and effective commercial policy. • Managing inventory and procurement. • Motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets. TEAM: • Building an effective team across three channels: retail, HoReCa, Corporate & Private sales. • Training and developing sales team members. • Setting clear goals for the sales team and ensuring their achievement. CLIENTS: • Negotiating and securing contractual obligations in accordance with legislation and company policy, resolving disputes. • Minimizing accounts receivable. • Managing the customer lifecycle. MARKET: • Monitoring and analyzing market situation and competitors‘ activity. • Taking all actions needed to ensure revenue growth and increase of the company's market share. • Collaborating with the marketing department to maximize the commercial effectiveness of marketing activities and increase the company's market share.

• Proven experience as a Commercial Director or in a relevant role. • Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages. Knowledge of English is an advantage. • Deep understanding of sales and market research and analysis methods. • Commercial approach combined with strategic thinking. • Excellent organizational and leadership qualities, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Higher education in business administration, finance, or a relevant field.
